... its been 2 years today since we lost my nan. 2 years since I went to the hospice to say goodbye to her. 2 years ago.. it feels like forever ago yet only yesterday at the same time. I miss her and my Grandad every day. Its hard to believe life just goes on. 

I try so hard to remember the good times and not dwell on how sick she got near the end, how frail and weak she was when I saw her lying there. Her last words were 'remember I love you all'. She was an amazing woman, fought her cancer til the end and I admire her so much. Hope her and my Grandad are happy together and watching over my little boy Alex in heaven.
