The sky rocking of accidents at workplace, inefficiency and absenteeism force many employers to resort to drug tests on the fly. The different types of drug tests can be listed as below: Pre-Employment Drug Testing: This is the drug test that is conducted on prospective employees to understand the drug habits of the individual. This is usually a second attempt by the employee to pass the drug tests in case when he fails to clear the same in his first attempt. Random Drug Testing: This is done at random without prior notice on the employees by the employer. This is done to detect the drug abuse during work hours among the employees.
