3 bloody weeks I have had this cold. The last couple of weeks it has been bad!!  Struggled to get through the nights at work but I didn't want to phone in sick because I can't afford to lose the money and also I don't want a bad record. At the moment it is affecting my ears- they feel wrong/sore. I have a lot of phlegm (tmi) on my chest too. I am just very sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. Booo It prob doesn't help that I haven't really had a chance to rest and recuperate. So much going on with work and kids etc.

Last Saturday Lauren and I went to Wales for my sister in law's 50th birthday party. It was a nice event. She had a big buffet and plenty of wine but I didn't drink that much. I was feeling ill anyway. We stayed in a Travelodge and Lauren was super excited. It was nice to go away for a  night with my little girl even though I felt like death.

Last week was half term. We didn't do much really what with me feeling ill. I did take the kids to the cinema on Monday though (they had an inset day). We saw The Muppets which they really enjoyed.  Not a great deal more to talk about at present. Liam's birthday is on Tuesday so I need to get him some presents. Chris has booked him a softplay party but not until 11th March as we are so busy up until then. We will have a little tea party at home on Tuesday though to mark his actual birthday.

Payday today!!! Still skint though. I am sick of having no money. Hey ho could be worse.
