Dear Diary,

I thought of something else to say! I figured, since I'm writing to myself, and will most likely go back and reread what I've written in the future when I'm older, I can say "Dear Future." After all, it's fitting. so:

Dear Future,

I went on a bike ride today. It was fun! I forgot how much I love riding my bike. I really missed it.

Today has been good. Peaceful, and just as beautiful as yesterday. :) Mom is at work, so I am babysitting. But that's okay, I sort of wanted to have today to myself and the boys. I want to be a better big sister. I want to be an example to the little ones watching me, because if I don't, who will?

The boys are at the park. I might go there to write. Probably going to drink something before heading outside again though.

Fall is definitely my favorite season. It's amazing.

P.S. You might have realized how I transition in my tone of voice in between diary entries. Many times, I am feeling artistic, so I write in an artistic way. Right now I'm just feeling laid back, so I'm writing in a chill voice. I also love to practice describing things in my writing, since I need to do that more often, so that's another reason some are so different from others.

Maybe I'll indicate when its a writing exercise. Even better, I'll just say the mood before every entry, that way you know if I'm feeling artistic or not.
