Truth be told, I am not sure why I have been posting to the fitness/weightloss circle. It seems more like a bunch of people talking about their weight more than fitness. People logging every last bite of food and second of exercise. I think that is what peoples problems are frankly. People obsessed with documenting every effort, when more effort should be put into just making a life-style change. That is what I did.
I guess I am just sick of people around me talking about their weight or my weight. Everything is weight, weight, weight. Sometimes I just want to tell people to shut the hell up.
I think there whould be a fitness circle. No weightloss. Yes, I get excited having gone down a pound like any woman, but I am sick of other peoples weight and what they consume being in my face- online and in real life.
There is my little rant. Shut up and change your damn ways. Peroid. Don't beat yourself up over every last bite of food. Or pat yourself on the back like a 5 year old with every step on a treadmill. I guess now I am talking about my mom. Every last conversation with her is "Oh I was bad today, so I need to get on my bike for 20 minutes". SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UP!
