So my run today was the same route as the one I did a couple of days ago. I know I said I was going to do laps of the field but that is so boring... So went my usual route. Last time I had to stop 30 seconds early, but this time I completed the run, woooo! :D Very pleased! The last run was uphill so I took it slower, though I felt a bit bloated, think I had too much water again between the last set and the one previous, but hey... gotta do these things in order to learn why not to do them, right?!
I'm feeling it more in my legs today. Haven't felt it for about a week... my legs feel super heavy *grins* think I'm going to have to keep stretching them throughout the day. Off camping today, so Thursday I will be running in unexplored territory... that'll be an experience!! Haha!!
Gotta dash, much to do in order to get ready.
