The body needs to be relaxed and rejuvenated this can be done through the form of sleep. Every person should have a period of rest or relaxation each day when possible. I learned that the need for sleep may vary according to their health, ages and personalities. Each person should try to get enough sleep at night. The body responds best if a person goes to sleep and wakes up same times each day or can sleep with seven to eight hours per day. Sleep is essential for successfully managing stress and maintaining your health. People have varying sleep requirements, some people simply don’t give enough time to sleep while others find that stress makes it difficult for them to sleep just like my father at the age of 65, he has a sleep problem, and he can’t sleep at night because of thinking a lot of things. He has a stressful mind. We should always make sure to get enough sleep so that we can function best on our daily activities.
