How we eat affects our emotions and our abilities. It is important for each person to eat proper diet because if there’s an absence of necessary nutrients, the body will not function properly. There are countries that developed system of food groups based upon the patterns used within the country. There are foods for building bodies such as eating meat, fish, egg, and milk. Foods also that give energy are rice, cereals or noodles and etc. And there are foods for protecting or preventing against diseases such as fruits and vegetables.
Many people asked if there is any unique stress-reduction diet, I think there is no but just same diet that helps prevent heart diseases, cancer, obesity, and diabetes that will also reduce stress. We must eat proper diet to have good nutrition and we must avoid anything that would be harmful to our body or mind. If we have good health we are capable of serving our family and other people surround us, we have a better self concept and we can better care for ourselves.
