So as you all know my father passed away two years ago May 22nd suddenly. He was not in the best of health and had a triple bypass in 2003, the doctor's had told him that if he did not quit smoking he gave him 10 years or so left to live. My father decided that he was going to do what he wanted and kept on smoking. He passed away 7 years later. Age 64. I miss him so, and believe me today being Father's Day was very tough. But I'm done being a "knuckle head" and gambling with my own life for the past two years due to him "doing what he wanted" and leaving once again. So I'm done with smoking ciggs and any other recreational drugs for that matter. I was smoking a few times a week the legal herbal alternative, but its not making me feel any better or helping to me deal with life. So today is day one with out (sucking on tic tacs in stead) lol. And once you let something go that is not serving you any good in your life, something else positive should show up. I'm hoping to find happiness without any external bad things for your health. In replace of video games/smoking I will do the following: Read more books (self help, meditation technique etc.) Paint Work on the house Work extra hours online from home with my job/work I also want to eat healthier and add 30 min a day of excersize.
Well all wish me luck :)
