peta and my concerns( with proof) Sunday, July 01, 2012

i understand what peta does and y. sometimes it can be too much tho.  there is adverts in my kerrang weekly. just cause i dont eat meat does not mean that  some animals are meant to be eaten.  i am not talking importing tigers either.   i am talking cows and sheep.

but i found out peta puts down more abandoned domestic animals than any other charity that takes them in.  and just not cause the animals are gettig old. the amount of celebrities that help (it cant be because of lack of money)

i love animals and surely putting animals down is cruelty if they dont need to be put down.  peta also employ some very scary tactics, the videos they show are bordering on abuse on humans, what if children see some of there videos.  and releasing animals that have been caged all there life and puttting them back in the wlld  - in which they havent learnt the survival skills.  yes its the only way people will see  what really happens and it can be done better.  without giving people nightmares.   when they show animals getting slautered - animals dont feel pain if it done right they are stunned before they are killed.   i am not saying i am for animal cruelty but there has to be a better  way of helping animals who need it like supporting charitys celebs arent helping and some of our homegrown animal centres????  they might not scare people but most of our pets were rescued just before going into kennels or from kennels.

the animal right charitys should have government support and more money given to them and britain will be a happy animal lover place.  the mink factorys and puppy farms  all over the world  need better reinforcement.   not peta who are borderline terrosits (just my veiw) and  put down more animals (that dont need to be put down) than anyone else all over the world.   we humans should only get pets if we can look after them and  pet owners taht the RSPCA have had done through the courts should be never alowwed to have pets and hurt them again.  again better funding is needed

when i had my rats, even tho i couldnt handle them i fed , cleaned and watered them, and only thru a vets advice i got the last one put down. it had no life spec after  the sister died.   i was not taking them back to the pet shop what if a kid got bit?? i am only getting a dog when my life is better for a dog, it would be selfish to get a dog right now

that my rant over with and i have been looking at a peta website
