I went to my son’s ped appointment today. Great news, his ped agrees that he needs his tongue clipped. She did say that the lip will have time to cut latter if it needs to be cut, but the LC was saying that should be cut too. Guess I will see what happens the 12^th when we have the ent appointment. He has his six month check-up and shots on the 9^th when he turns six months. Oh and the ped said if this one does not cut then she will get us an apt with a different one until she finds someone who is willing to cut. She understands how often he has been eating and that if this continues that he has to eat how often he does and he is only get 1.5 oz then he might stop following the chart and begin to drop. He has been hugging the 5% for weight, 14% for head and 50% for weight without adjustment. They were not concerned that he was not moving up in any of the percentages, but she said that the TT would explain why and that he is skinny for his height. I sure hope this helps with feeding.
