I saw the doc today.  He was kind to me.  I explained that I've been here for a year and I hadn't gotten any medical treatment for my thyroid and for the bipolar.  He ordered bloodwork for the thyroid, which I'm getting done tomorrow.  He also is setting up counseling for me, so I can get back on my psyche meds.  I'll have to wait a month to see someone, but I can hang on until then. 

I'm sick right now.  I have a bad cold and cough.  I'm gonna do my best to rest as much as I can.  I'm taking nyquil, and some other meds at different times to try and settle everything down so I can function.

I'm not gonna run yet.  I hope I never need to.
