Spring is here and summer is right around the corner. I am the proud owner of the P90X DVD workouts (and Les Mills PUMP and Insanity), but they only work if you push play! Life gets so busy and then I use excuses to not do my workouts. i.e. I've had a long day at work, my kids need me to run them somewhere, I'll do two workouts tomorrow, one night off isn't going to hurt etc...Thing is, one night off turns into two, then into 3 UGH. It takes guts and determination to stick with ANY workout program and I give Kudos to those who do that. I'm usually an off and on again kind of workout person. I shouldn't be because I know how GREAT I feel once I do a workout. I feel like I could concur anything. I'm waiting on my shakes to help with my nutrition but there is nothing stopping me from working out but me. Anyone else want to join me? I'm thinking of starting a challenge through Beachbody as I am a coach. I love to motivate people, because it helps out everything in their lives, not just getting healthy PLUS it motivates me in return. What a great win, win situation! Welp, time to get off the electronics and get busy getting healthy. I hope you all have a Blessed Day!
