I met one of my friends for breakfast this morning!  It was sooo exciting to see her and catch up on all the gossip!  We text, chat on FB and email, but I hadn't seen her in a whole year!  I miss my buddies...I don't have any friends here and I'm bad about being neighborly.  I'm ashamed to say that I finally met the next door neighbor who moved here in January. 

Talked to Liv tonight, she's so excited about going to Denver with the boyfriend and his family.  They have plans to see the Rockies play.  They may have time to visit with my little brother and his wife who live in Denver. 

After spending the better part of the morning with my gal pal, I decided against the TOSS-A-PALOOZA.  I was so ready to start tossing stuff out of drawers and closets.  Especially after watching the marathon on HORDERS.  Unbelievable!  I've always been a thrower, I don't like junk, clutter, knick knacks.  I guess I'll start tossing stuff out on Thursday. 

I have class tomorrow, Keyboard Skillbuilding.  Long class from noon until 2:45.  I can't complain, it meets on Monday and Wednesday for 12 weeks and its the last class I need to get my certificate for MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT.  I love our instructor.  She's a perky old lady.  She said she's been teaching for 37 years, I figure if she's not 60, she's almost 60.  But the thing is, even though she's a bit wrinkly around the eyes and mouth, she's so pretty.  I used to be pretty...not so much anymore..WAH! 

The next time I write, I have to write about Astrid.  She's my stepdaughter and she is driving me crazy.  She's leaving tomorrow to visit her mother who lives an hour from here.  I'm thinking she'll be gone til Tuesday..one can only hope! 

My sister-in-law just sent me a book of her recipes and I spied a recipe for strawberry margaritas, I'm thinking I should try them this weekend....
