Today is quiet... too quiet.

I had cleared the call back screen by 9:30 and have been dealing with the trickle of calls since. The guys on first line have been stuck with nothing to do, and due to their skillset (or current lack of skillset) there is little I can have them do. I've had the one just pick up his Network+ book and carry on with that.

As for me... I have no idea what to do with myself. I did not bring my 70-640 book, nor did I leave my PC at home on so I cannot carry on with any of the stuff I was in the middle of.
