We are aware that some members are currently having problems with images that are saved in PhotoBucket and Snapfish not appearing on their diary pages. This is a PhotoBucket problem, and we have been in communication with their staff regarding it. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Subscription Payment Problems

If you have had a problem with making a credit card or PayPal payment for an OD Plus subscription, please fill out the contact form below and select "Report a subscription payment problem". If you received an email receipt for the payment in quetion, please include the order number or receipt number from that email, in order to help us resolve the issue.
