The helpdesk is down. In the mean time, you can leave private "signed" notes on EWS's diary, and he'll help you as best as possible.

Current known issues

Create Entry error that effects bookmarks from updating.
- As a work around, you can edit your existing entry updating the title (a common practice is to add a "*" or "edit" to the end of the title), and it'll update people's bookmarks.
PayPal OD+ payment issue.
- The issue is on PayPal's side. We've submitted several helpdesk tickets with them, and there's no current ETA on when/if it will be resolved.
- If you're experiencing this issue, please contact EWS and he'll manually take care of it for you.
