Bookmark Groups
Bookmarks groups lets you assign your OD Bookmarks to different groups, each of which can have different access to your entries. Bookmarks groups are an OD Plus only feature - you must have an OD Plus subscription to use groups.
When you first add a person to your Bookmarks list, they are not assigned to a group. Please note: Bookmarks who are not in a group can view all of your Bookmarks-only entries.
Adding a new group
To add a new group, you must go to your Bookmarks Groups screen by clicking the "edit groups" link in the upper left corner of your Bookmarks list. To add a new group, click the "add a Bookmarks group" link in the upper left of the Bookmarks Groups screen. Then, fill out the group name and group description and click "Save". Please note that there is a limit of three (3) Bookmarks groups for OD Plus members or nine (9) for Lifetime members.
Assigning a Bookmark to a group
Once you have set up a Bookmarks group, you can add Bookmarks to it from your Bookmarks list. Go to the Bookmarks list and find the Bookmark you want to put in a group. At the right end of the Bookmark's place on the list, there is a dropdown box with "move to:" at the top. Clicking this will show you all your Bookmarks groups, and selecting the group from the list will move the person into that group.
Display order
You can change the order that your groups are displayed by going to the Bookmarks Groups screen and clicking "move up" or "move down" next to the group that you want to change.
Deleting a group
To delete a Bookmarks group, go to the Bookmarks Groups screen and click the "delete" link next to the group you want to delete, and then click "OK" to confirm. Please note that deleting a group will not remove the Bookmarks in that group from your Bookmarks list, they will just be changed to being unassigned to a group.
