Name and Password Retrieval
Please enter the e-mail address that you have on file with your Open Diary account, and your OD name and password will be e-mailed to you. The address you enter must match the address on file for you to receive your name and password. If you do not have an e-mail address in your personal profile for Open Diary, you can not retrieve your name and password.
You must also enter the security characters below in order to proceed. After you enter your e-mail address, your OD name and password will be mailed to that address.
Please note: if your email address is from aol.com, aim.com, hotmail.com, or comcast.net, you may not receive the password retrieval message from OD. Our messages are
sometimes blocked by these companies. If you have one of these addresses and you do not receive an email within a few minutes of clicking the button below, please contact
the OD help desk by clicking the "help" link in the menu at the top of the page. We will be able to retrieve your password and send it to you from the help desk.
