If you pray

Yesterday I went to an outdoor church service at The Village Church in Hapeville GA.  I went there because they believe that everyone belongs no matter what you believe. You are welcome, no matter what.  Everyone is welcome, no matter what.  They are Christian, but you don’t even have to be. They are just happy you are there…..Or so it seems. I will find out in time if it is true.

A few minutes before the service started, Ray, the pastor, got some horrifying news.  His friend’s 11 year old son was shot and killed.

There are no words…..I wanted to fix this for him. All I could do was hug him, and put the chairs away.  It’s not about me.  And there is nothing I can do except carry this burden with him a little while…pray…..

Not break.  Nobody needs that burden.

He looks like he might break.

If you pray….
