The fastest weight loss option

I lost 7lbs in 24 hours from this stomach virus from hell. I’m still not 100%. Maybe about 90%. I get exhausted easily, so bad that from my room to the kitchen and back, I’m out for a couple hours. I took a shower so I’m feeling more human. I should eat more than crackers but I’m scared. I feel like I’ve been beat up by a professional boxer. I’m now forcing myself to sit outside to get air and sunshine.

I’m still disappointed I had to miss the musical. I watched the Disney version instead. I know. You can judge me.

I’m hoping this virus isn’t a premonition of what will come of my 36th year.

I have so much shit I need to do tomorrow. My family would like to BBQ for my birthday (late).

I’m so exhausted. I’m going to bed.
