- Rachel doesn’t have an etsy or any other form of a website, yet. After telling her about all of your comments, though, she definitely seemed more motivated to get one started. I’ll let you know when it finally happens. In the meantime she told me to say that she does take orders and that she’s working on getting stuff uploaded to mnartists.org- right now she just has paintings up but her pottery will be up soon.
- I think Dave, Meg, Dan, and I are going to go camping this weekend. Not sure where yet, but I’m sure there will be campfires and marshmallows involved. I love campfires.
- I got deeeerrrrrrruuuuuunk last night. Jesus christ. It started off innocently enough- a drink on the rooftop at one of my favorite restaurants in uptown with a couple of my co-workers. Then Rachel joined, my roommate Jackie and a couple of her friends joined, and Dave joined. My co-workers dispersed and all hell broke loose. I drank two bottles of wine and had a shot of something that involved X-rated liqueur and blood orange juice. Imagine my horror when my alarm went off this morning and I, in a hazy, groggy, still-half-asleep panic, thought that I had to start getting ready for work! Oh, Saturday!
- My weight is in the 130s for the first time in, oh I don’t know, years, it seems. And I haven’t really even been trying to lose weight for the last month or so. I want to lose 10 more pounds before Amy’s wedding reception on October 2nd. And I have to- the bridesmaids dress that I bought is a bit tight… :/
- So, yeah, I’m starting a weightloss bootcamp on Tuesday. That should be interesting.
- I know the woman who wrote this. She gave me a Le Creuset dutch oven a few months back because she got hers back after her ex-husband passed away. The best friend that she speaks of is my aunt Leslie… you know, the Oprah one who lives in Chicago. And I can’t believe that her children are already four and nine… I remember when her son was in diapers. Where does time go?
i got deeerrruuunk the other night, too, on two bottles of wine. twice. ugh.

Reader’s choice! You rock! My first! Thank you! Exclamations! RYN: Hi, are you me? Except I like folding laundry. It’s putting it away that I loathe. This morning we had approximately fourteen stacks of clean laundry lying around the house in various places. It’s been stacking up for a couple of weeks. Someday I’ll be on Hoarders, and it won’t be old newspapers or photographs ortoasters. Nope, it’ll be stacks and stacks of clean laundry.

okay, i’m commenting on this entry backwards (obviously). you look great, so i don’t know if you actually lost weight from this entry to the wedding, but you look wonderful either way. – noah
