Stupid Panini

Another period come and gone. We were kinda down about it. But trying not to focus on it. There are lots of reasons why pregnancy and kids would be negative to my health etc so if it doesn't happen there's likely a good reason. Not so down about it on a regular basis. Just slowly…

Despite my apps telling me to take tests, the tests have been negative. Well, one looked like it kinda had a line but the following day there wasn't a stronger line so our eyes must have been playing tricks on us. Still, for the past few days I have had The Worst gas and heartburn.…

This month we seem to have completed the ovulation / constant boinking process earlier than previous months. We were experiencing fatigue and soreness and some chafing so the final time we actually did a bit of a procedure instead - manual stimulation for both, then Hubby finished into a dixie cu...

Another month, another visit from the Red Tide. I took tests only when told by my app this time. Got my period in the middle of waiting for the last one to register its result. I have one left over and I'm only taking it next month IF I'm late. I am focused on trying…

Aunt Flo visited early last month despite all of my testing tribulations. I've attempted to be more laid back about the whole ordeal this month, not checking the app daily, not being so strict about days we do the deed, etc. Still, I took a test yesterday. I fully did not expect a positive becaus...

So I got four more tests today when I went to Dollarama under guise of buying twisties (that's what I call 'em - they're popcorn flavoured twisty chip-snack things). Took one. Clear negative. So I jinxed myself. lol Now, technically, I'm only 10 dpo today if my app is calculating correctly. And t...

I think I might be pregnant. Shh! I've been feeling slightly different in a different way than I felt when I was pregnant (before the miscarriage). Today is six days before my next period is scheduled to start. I took an "early" test this morning but it's supposed to be used up to four days…

I guess I'm upset that she told them I had a miscarriage. My mom. To the rest of the (extended) family, I mean. Today - looooong after it happened in March. I never was much upset about the miscarriage, not even at the time - because it was so unexpected, I guess. And, in theory,…

Today marks the end of my/our first cycle of actually trying to conceive (and the first day of the second). Since it was our first really purposeful try, I'm not exactly sad that our efforts didn't prove fruitful but I am a bit disappointed. It's bittersweet cuz I'd miss this period but I'd be in...

The ultrasound tech today was brilliant despite the news not being positive. I wish I had gone to this clinic and had her for my first ultrasound. She was very friendly, pleasant and professional. Since my requisition clearly stated "failed pregnancy?" I didn't expect much bedside manner or detai...
