Over the River and thru the woods…

To a national fencing tournament for juniors we go.

The boy and I are leaving early Sunday morning, driving to Charlotte, NC, where he will fence in one of the events pretty much all day Monday (or until he gets knocked out of the direct-elimination rounds).  Then we drive back that nite. 

Will try to take some pics that don’t just show giant insect-headed figures blurrily charging each other.

The Prius gets a nice long workout.
