I Paid Attention At School

You are half right
But that means you’re half wrong too
Look at me! Paying attention at school
Breaking fractions into fragments and fractals
I’d gladly beat myself up
If you hadn’t beaten me to it
Am I that catch in your throat
Or just a ball of ejaculated spit?
You can vent your spleen
But all the while,
You know that the secrets you secrete
Are bilious blobs of bloated bile
If I was cleverer
I’d think you had mistook me for a fool
But in Shakespeare, the fools talked the most sense
Look at me! Paying attention at school.
