Get the peace of mind

Peaceful mind is an asset. “Life is a collection of moments. Mindfulness is beautification of the moments.” — Amit Ray

How to get peace of mind? My mission is to inspire my students to have fun on and off the class. I learned SO much about human psychology in my teacher training course that gave me a million tools to help others. Here is my three simple techniques to get peace of mind:

Simple, yoga stretching is the easiest way to get peace of mind. Just flow through a more gentle practice to relieve any stress and tension you may be holding in your body and your mind.

The next simple way to get peace of mind is to take a few minutes of slow but deep breathing – breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.

Visualization is another way to get peace of mind. You may form mental images to take a visual journey to a peaceful, calming place or situation.
