Dentist

I haven’t been to the dentist in many years, but I went this week.  Last time I was in my late 40’s/early 50’s. And I had no cavities up to that point. They gave me shots and drugged me up for the cleanings and exams. My hygienist was really kind and became a friend. Until she didn’t want to be my friend and distanced herself from me. Social rules baffle me and I wish people could just say, “Anna, go away” so that I at least know where I stand…

Anyway, yesterday, they didn’t drug me up, and I barely made it through the X-rays and exam and dissociated which worried them until I told them I had that tendency. I wasn’t able to have my cleaning. They are giving me Ativan for my next visit.

I had eight cavities. From 0 cavities my whole life, to 8 now.

Ok, Anamaria, we can do this.
