I decided to attempt a walk this morning and did get 30 minutes in. As I’ve said before, it’s all about layers. There was not a single part of me that was cold. And just as Southerners adjust to heat, we northerners adjust to cold. I bought some Oboze hiking snowboots this year and cannot find anything bad to say about them. Supportive, pretty good on ice, stable, and most important warm, even in -25 F.
Walking in this weather causes icicles to form on my eyelashes.
