More randomness from the last six-months…

Willie, the newest member of our kitty family, shortly after adopting him back in May.

Priscilla and Cash finally became good friends after Elvis passed away in February.  This is how they usually sleep.

My newest ink in the middle of my back.  I’m finally making progress again on a full back piece.  In case you don’t know, this is a tarot card.  And hey, I officially have a naked lady tattooed on me.  Woot!

I know mentioned in an earlier entry that we decided to put in a sprinkler system.  Well, this is what happens when you spray RoundUp on your entire front yard.  And no, that tree’s not dead.  It’s a purple plum, so its leaves are actually purple, not brown as this picture would suggest.

Again, this is before we actually put in the sprinkler system.  After installing it, we planted sage bushes down both sides of the house and along the front of this fence.

Our lone Oak tree.  We planted ground cover around it and tall Texas grasses around the mailbox.  I’ll post the after pics once the grass gets completely filled in.

Oh, yes.  Lots of digging.

It was a ton of work, but so worth it.  I can’t wait to get some after pictures to post!
