Flugtag
The morning after I wrote that last entry I woke up and was surprised to see that I’d written something here. I didn’t remember having written anything.
I’m a classy lady.
I’m feeling a lot better about the new job. I really like the people in my training class and we’re finally at the point in which we’re starting to put all of what we’re learning together. It’s kind of fun and it’s quite challenging. And I cannot stress how awesome it feels to have nights and weekends off. It’s probably my biggest joy of 2010 so far.
Yes, I lead a simple life.
Dave, Jackie, and I are going to the Flugtag today in St Paul. My phone says that it’s supposed to thunderstorm this afternoon between the hours of 1 and 3, which totally rocks because the Flugtag takes place between 1 and 3. I hope that it’s wrong. I’ve been looking forward to this for months! Maybe if it does storm, though, it will deter some people from going. I heard on the radio that they’re expecting at least 100,000 people to show up to watch the event. Imagine the lines for beer! Oy.
I’m going to bring my camera. Pictures to come!
