TONY ORLANDO

Tonight I went to see Tony Orlando at our clubhouse. It was a marvellous show! I didn’t buy tickets but this morning while I was in the pool hubby’s sister said she had two tickets. I decided to take them. I heard it would be a marvellous show. IT WAS!!!!!!
I am not sure how old he is but he is at least in his late 60’s maybe older. He is an excellent entertainer. His band is also very talented. He had each one come forward to sing or play their instrument. He had a man who played the HARP. Apparently he had made the harp himself! I never saw so much talent. I am so glad I went. Before I went I asked my husband if he wanted to skip it and I would sell his ticket. He said sure so off I wen with an extra ticket. As I got close to the clubhouse entrance I asked if anyone wanted to buy a ticket. A young woman came forward and the ticket was sold!!!! I was so thrilled that I sold the ticket to her. Apparently she is here to help her parents. Her mother has Alzheimers…………. She enjoyed the show so much. Sometimes things work out for the better!!!!!!!!!! Maybe next year I will buy single tickets as hubby does not enjoy music, sitting in the seats etc.
This morning I started to think about my last couple of weeks here. I decided that for the last week I might/should cancel all my classes, shows, swimming etc. I need time to relax, pack, shop for last minute stuff and the drive home. I am not sure what I’ll do yet.
This afternoon I went to practice making glass beads. So much fun!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a nap. I made chicken livers for supper.
Now it’s time for bed.
In the morning I’ll go swimming and then going with my cousin to play MAH JONNG with her friends in Hallendale. I am anxious to drive south at least once every winter.
Friday is my big birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are going for supper with my two cousins. I am very happy. I wonder what hubby will give me for this special birthday. I was suppose to plan a trip but changed my mind. I rather get a new laptop.
