Suddenly I see you.

Yesterday I saw my kid’s face. Not just in the creepy 2D whatever they show you of their profile. But I saw his nose and face in 3 dimensions. And it’s my nose and it was a lot of amazing and things I didn’t realize I had feelings about and you really don’t know anything about how you feel about your own baby that you have not even met until you go through this stuff. It’s seriously all too much for a highly sensitive person, to be honest. There’s like 48 days(ish) until I meet this guy with my nose. And it’s terrifying and also so exciting.
