Work out low key

At the gym…. I fell on thanksgiving when I got out of the truck and hurt my back, so this is difficult!
I know it is only bruised but I can’t do any leg lifts or weights yet… so I am only doing bike

i think jo is doing better! I have not heard of any spitting up blood lately so that is good!

want to keep her healthy for as long as possible she means the world to me

@trunorth  it is only bruised but sore. Biking is about all I can do
