Gratitude

I am so thankful that I am alive and well and I am thankful that the weather is starting to warm up.

 

Weekly Goals

  1. Maintain a positive attitude, even if things go wrong
  2. Exercise at least 3 times and get 8 hours of sleep each night – it will make me feel better mentally and emotionally, and more energized throughout the day
  3. Spend time socializing with others and trying to form deeper connections with old friends and new friendships

I am so excited for the warm weather approaching! I love your goals for this week. I think it’s important to set short term goals to keep yourself motivated. Hang in there! Only 3 weeks until finals 🙂
