Past, present, future

The past isnt what defines us, we can reflect on the past to grow and learn but we mustn’t hold onto it. No one has a past without problems, which have been used to learn from and turned into strengths. If we hang onto the past how can we enjoy the now, the present. Worrying about the future has a similar effect. If we are always hanging onto something or worrying about something that hasnt happened yet, how can we enjoy the now… More time enjoying the little things.
