Little Errands

Last night I stayed up an hour later than usual to finish reading a book I was almost finished with. That meant that I had to take my narcolepsy medication later which then causes me to take the second dose later and thus sleep in later in the morning. And that little change caused me to be more tired in the morning. I just couldn’t seem to wake up fully. I went to my mom’s and tried to visit with her but had to close my eyes awhile and rest them. I know I can’t fall asleep but I can close my eyes and rest them and feel better after awhile. 

I had to run a couple little errands once I got home and had my lunch. I had to go buy some Gruyere cheese again for something I am making for dinner. This time I went and got it from Giant Eagle. I didn’t like how the store was set up with one way aisles and enter only through one door and exit out the other. In fact I didn’t even follow it. I have to park in handicap spots sometimes and if I exited the store from the door that was the designated exit it would have been a much farther walk to get back to my car. That makes parking in a handicap spot useless and I would have been in more pain than I was already in.  So I said screw it and walked out the “In” door. No one was enforcing it anyway so I want too concerned. Then I went next door to Petsmart to get my dogs some rawhide chews and picked up a new tough squeaky ball for Tito. I’m home now and my dogs are enjoying their chewys.

I have to do a load of my son’s clothes and do some dusting otherwise I’m just relaxing watching TV and working on a puzzle til dinnertime. I’m making Zucchini Gratin for dinner.
