What a day!

I woke up at 6 and got out the door and picked my mom up at 6:30 for her surgery. I read the whole time waiting on the surgery to be over and to be able to see her. I was really worried about my dogs needing to go out while I was gone because I’d been there for so many hours. I finally had them check and see if I could see her in recovery so I could go home and take them out. They let me… she was in pain and getting pain medication when I saw her. I left her clothes and phone with her and headed home. And what do you know? My dog had something that didn’t agree with him and had diarrhea all over my living room! So first thing I took them out potty and then had to scrub the carpet for a long time. Now it stinks in here and I can’t even light a candle or incense because my son took my lighter and in this house I don’t have a gas stove. God how I miss a gas stove! I wish I could have one here but there’s no gas line for the kitchen any longer. ***Sigh***

Anyway for the remainder of the day I am going to relax until I need to pick up my son to shower and change. Then I’m gonna make dinner. I’m making a dump and bake meal called Aloha Chicken and rice. It has pineapple, green pepper, rice, chicken, and a sauce that sounds really good. I hope it comes out like the recipe picture looked. I didn’t eat lunch today so I’m really hungry. I’ll probably even cook dinner earlier tonight. Then I might go to the hospital to check on mom. If not tonight then tomorrow for sure. Tonight I have a phone appointment with my Nurse Practitioner to get my psych meds too. They sent me a link that I have to follow to do the phone appointment. 

Oh I got a surprise earlier to in the mail. Chewy, where I get my dog food and treats and what not sent me paintings of my 2 dogs that I can hang on the wall. They are so cute! The one of Tito looks just like him too. I’d seen people on my Pitbull group post that they had recieved those kinds of things from Chewy but I never expected to get anything.
