Hello world :)

Hello World!                                                                                                                                                                                                  20 January 2021 Norway

Finally found a decent diary to write on when I’m online. This is my first entry and I’ve decided to make the first count, and every single one of them. There has been some hectic weeks, the holidays, the busy days home, and just managing 3 kids at home, husband, things, work. It goes and it never ends really. But I’m not laying down, I’m not quitting, I will never quit, just have to keep the wheels going. There are so many things I have to do, I have some projects hanging already, just need to find some time and start with them. One of them are letters, I signed up for penpals last year, and got a few penpals. I have them from all over the world, I really enjoyed it, it kinda stopped it self when our daily life got like the neck of a bottle, that feeling. Everything stood still. I had to be in quarantine because someone at my work was positively tested with corona virus! I had to be home alone, my family went up to the cabin, I had to continue my quarantine and it lasted for ten days! It was rather terrible.

I do enjoy my off work time at home. I never get bored, I enjoy my own company and there’s always something to do. I’ve been watching some series on HBO lately “30 coins” A kind of special one, horror. And it was really special, but good. I really enjoyed that one. I watched all episodes already but I´m not sure if there will be another season of it.

I’m still on my keto diet, well it has become a lifestyle for me really, I’ve been doing this for over a year. I started September 1 2019. It’s really easy to stick to. There was a lot to learn in the process, but learning as I went forward loosing my weight, it got to be a lifestyle. Intermitten fasting is a very powerful tool to use, and I did them all. 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, 23.1. Now I’m doing OMAD which means one meal a day, 23:1. I fast for 23 hours and eat for one hour and then it’s done, then I wait again for another 23 hours before I eat again.

We had snow coming three days after Christmas Eve, it’s been very difficult lately to move around outside because it got terrible cold, it became like ice, but then there came some more snow, and now the rain. It’s dangerous to walk and drive, everything stops a bit when you have to drive slowly and be so careful. I don’t wanna hit anyone or make any damage with my car, or even be the one walking and get hit by someone driving the car. I’m telling everyone to drive carefully and be careful if they are walking. I miss my trips outside in the woods, will be doing that when we get closer to spring, oh I really look forward to it.

Welcome to OD! I am working toward a 23:1 diet myself. Keto and gluten free when I do eat. It’s hard to get there, but I’m working towards it a little move every day!

Welcome to OD!  I would love to walk about in the woods…I may need to check out this diet. I see alot of people doing it.
