nicole’s angelday #6

I brought Madilyn to Disneyland for Nicole’s Angelday this year.  The plan was to fly our on the 6th and have breakfast with the Princesses at Ariel’s Grotto this morning.  It was a good plan.  Fly out at 2, land at 7:30, take a shuttle to the Sheraton and have them shuttle us over by 10 the next moring.  Madilyn was so excited.

Well they booked us on severa different flights, but we couldn’t get to Denver until 10:05.  The connecting flight left at 9:55.  We spent the night in Denver and flew in this morning to LAX.  Then we shuttled down to the hotel.  The trip has definitely been eventful.

We went over to Main Street late this afternoon.  Rapunzel is her absolute thrill.  We now have a doll and a dress.  She wouldn’t let me carry the very large bag, although I offered many times.  It reminded me of when she carried a ball around Wal Mart that barely would clear the floor by 2 inches.

She only set the bag down to get her face painted.  Tigers are her very favorite.  That was her selection as soon as she saw it.  It really was designed for a boy, but the artist talked her into doing a girl tiger.  Everything was wonderful until a girl mowed her over and made her cry.  The makeup started streaming everywhere.  We called it a day and came back to the room for an early evening of rest, food, movies and Rapunzel.
