3rd 80 degree day of the year

 In Northeast Portland, a bar was shot full of holes and two people were hit, one seriously.  It was described by Portlnd gang enforcement as a drive-by shooting, and that as the weather warms they expect more of the same.

Matthew Fox of "Lost" fame was arrested on a DUI the other day; coincidentaly, the mug shot camera wasn’t working, wink, so the picture on the news was from better days.

A Whooping Cough epidemic has broken out in Washington State; Oregon tonight said that the epidemic has spread to Portland.

Heroin deaths are way up; apparently it’s cheap here.

One of my Favs says she’s going overdose too.  Nothing matters anymore.  4 miscarriages.

I don’t know what to do with that.

A Portland man was arrested for drunk driving; he was seated in the passenger seat, steering, as his ten year old son sat behind the wheel.  An empty 12 pack was found in the back seat.  They were weaving heavily.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. spoke at an anti coal rally downtown today; several companies want to open coal exporting facilities on the coast to ship Wyoming coal to China.

Over in Milwaukie, a woman’s Pit Bull got into a fight with a raccoon; the woman jumped in the help her dog and got extensively injured, more than her dog.  Raccoons are mean.

The temperature drops almost 20 degrees tomorrow, and stays in the 60’s until the weekend, 80 degree days for Mothers Day.

Good time for the weirdness to start up again, eh?
