December Photo month
This is one of the first slideshows I made:
Pretty flowers.
I know that some don’t care much for roses, but hey, this is the Rose City. Portland has an extensive Rose Test Garden up in Washington Park, and maybe I’ll go there during the winter break coming up.
I haven’t taken any new pictures for awhile, so maybe the camera needs some exercise.

Everyone loves roses. I’m pretty sure of that. I read you because we are old friends, we started here together and we’ve been through a lot, you tell us about your life, about your hopefulness, about your frustrations. You do it gracefully. And you show us lovely incredible pictures.

I love roses in bouquets. Rose bushes, on the other hand, are scraggly and unattractive.

I may be in the female minority on this, but roses don’t really “do” anything for me. Sure, they’re pretty, but I’m so unmoved by them. That’s not to say that your photography isn’t appreciated. On the contrary, I think they are beautiful shots. You should take more photos. You have a very keen eye for photography and you owe it to yourself to explore that talent (that not everyone has!)

Hey, I love your pictures. I love all flowers!! It made me wish for warmer weather already. I like a white Christmas, but it has been snowing all day and it is cold!!! Just can’t be happy unless it is 75 degrees and sunny!!! Okay, I am happy most of the time. No reason to let the past bring me down. Thanks for the pictures.
