 It’s always surprising, but the sun can be HOT, even if the air temp is 30 some degrees.  If this is the Arctic Blast for 2009, well, ok, I can live with this.

It does NOT look like this.  Yet:

Last year, at about this time, the lower falls at Multnomah Falls looked like this.
