😂🤣 I went through all of this in my 40s. I am so glad it is all done and over with. Hang in there and sleep with the windows wide open.
@thespiritwithinme I don’t live the hot flashes, but I can live with them. It’s the mood swings that are killing me.

I guess I lucked out. Menopause hit me at 56. I had no issues. I think my depression was so bad that nothing else stood a chance. Life was beating me into the ground and that was all I could handle. I’m sorry you’re dealing with it.
