Performance Issues

Hello everyone,

We wanted to let you know that we are aware of the performance problems that have been happening on the site this week – our Engineering team has been working hard at trying to identify the issue. We spent quite a bit of time Wednesday and Thursday rebuilding and reindexing databases to increase efficiency – and performance is better today, but it is still not back to where we were a couple of weeks ago.

We are continuing to investigate the problem, and you should see improvements continue – but we will not be satisfied until we are back to the performance levels we were seeing throughout all the previous months of this year.
