I Am Still…
…having to use the library computers. The latest date we have been given for DSL is next Tuesday.
Twenty-nine years ago, my younger son was born. Happy birthday, Jake!
In other news, our furniture arrived this morning. I went out for a walk and when I got back, the Schwann man had delivered frozen food and the truck with the new furniture was just being unloaded. We have a love seat, a comfortable padded chair that Fred can get out of easily and a recliner for me. We also have a coffee table and two end tables.
I only have half an hour on this computer and since D., the new uptight library person, watches my time closely {because a couple of weeks ago, I drew her attention to the fact that she asked me to give my computer up to someone waiting when there were actually two other people who had been on the computers longer than me} I have to get this finished quickly and check my email.
I am getting a lot of books read!

My boyfriend and I had the same problem with Comcast. It took us over a month to get internet service. I hope that yours works out better:)

Is there another service you can go with? I would definately cancel and write a very bold note to the person in charge. They are giving you the run around and I have a feeling they will never get there. That is ridiculous! You are way to patient to put up with their crap.

How do you become a OD+ “Lifetime Member?” Is it something that can only be done at renewal or what? I remember seeing that option I think at renewal, but can’t recall….if so, wonder if they’ll offer it again…
