New Week Incoming

Even as I write this, I am freezing.  I can feel the cold gradually overcoming me, especially in my hands and fingers.  This could adversely affect my ability to type, but I’m going to move forward and power on.

Today proved to be an okay day.  As I wrote earlier, I briefly ventured outside, though that experience proved to be especially irritating.  If you missed all that nonsense, feel free to read my previous entry.  If you’re too lazy or even unwilling to check out that post, let me see if I can give you the highlights in three sentences.

–My mentality towards McDonald’s has not changed, as I maintain that I’d sooner get food anywhere else.

–People are stupid, especially those who drive those little SUV’s.

Okay, I only needed two sentences.  There you go.

I worked this weekend, as I do.  I was mostly productive.

I got some gaming in.  I was even able to get some writing in, both professionally and in this here diary.  That’s pretty much all I do.

I worked.  I “gamed”.  I wrote.  Consider me fulfilled.

I head into these final hours of my Sunday, as I look towards another week at work, and hoping that I’m able to get some sleep tonight.  While I am still very much of the mindset that I can do my job with my eyes closed, I’d prefer to be awake during my workday.  I’m just weird that way, I guess.

We’ll see how things go next week.

I’m just bracing myself for whatever dumb stuff is likely to happen, not only to me, but in the world, in general.

I suppose at the very least, all that nonsense will give me something to write about.
