Why I love my job.

 Nurse:  "Can you check with our office manager and make sure Amy* is supposed to be charged for her FMLA paperwork?  She gave them directly to me.

Me:  "Oh, she definitely needs to be charged.  That’s why she gave them to you, not me.  She’s trying to be slick.  It’s $25 each time, and this is her 6th one.  Is this one also stating she’s not going back to work anytime soon?"

Doctor H walks up.  He’s pretty much the coolest doctor ever.  

Dr H:  "Can you guys write me a note so I can stay out of work?"

Me:  Only if you go see a gynocologist!  

Dr H:  Oh, so I have to be pregnant to get any time off around here?!?

I can’t imagine working for a boring, uptight prick of a doctor.  I LOVE my job and my coworkers.

I took my NuvaRing out to see if it would help with the migraines.  So, I’m hemorrhaging, my head hurts, and I just feel UGH.  I’m an emotional wreck.

Tomorrow will be a better day, though.  🙂
