Do you know only 2% of us can multi-task? And no. You may not be one of them. In fact, multi-tasking is more or less a myth. Our mind can handle only one thing at a time.
So, if you have been feeling stressed/anxiety lately, you. are. not. alone. Check whether you are trying to juggle between too many and too much.
Some times, i find my mind racing. It causes stress. Then i tell myself – Slow down, you rabbit! Let the ever-enlightened tortoise take over. i let it. It works. The cycle continues. How will you know joy if you haven’t known pain?
That’s it for today. Really. My tea is brewing next to me on the stove as i write this. No bigger pleasure than seeing the cup of hot tea. It relaxes me instantly.
