Beauty and Ugliness

Yesterday was a day. Today is another one, lol. I praise and thank the Heavenly Father for His patience and mercy in waking me (and the rest of us) for one more.

I saw lots of beauty in other people yesterday, and it made me smile so much. I noticed things like thoughtfulness, helpfulness, friendliness, compassion, gentleness, etc. in numerous individuals. They were not necessarily aimed toward me specifically in all cases, but it was nice seeing them.

One time, I grinned so wide that I had to literally go somewhere and hide (couldn’t stop smiling). Lmao. It was because I saw the beauty inside of a person I had looked at, and their strong royal presence caught me off guard. I don’t see that particular presence very much, so when I do, I’m extremely happy.

Saw some ugliness later on in the day, unfortunately, and had a hard time tolerating it. I instantly wanted a certain “presence” separated as far away from me as possible.

I believe I may have failed the patience test on that interaction, lol. But that’s why I am grateful for the new day, though. It’s another day to get it right. Maybe I was supposed to help the person rather than be so utterly offended by the presence. IDK. I’m literally not sure what I was supposed to do with that.

I spent hours listening to classic LP and the tribute band (Hybrid Theory) again. Ha-ha, today I’m putting myself on a 24-hour time out so I can listen to the “King James Version Band” exclusively. Spiritual balance must always be maintained.

I still can’t get over the similarities in “Chester 2.0”, though. That’s what they’re (other C fans) calling Ivo now. They’re all low-key bugging Shinoda to “hire him” to LP and also saying good things about him and the rest of the tribute band.

Unfortunately, the joy of the collective C fans triggered certain folks so much that they felt like they had to further assassinate his character (and now Ivo’s, too) to justify their poor decision. SMH.

But at this point, no one should really expect any changes to current LP. I don’t think anyone will convince Shinoda to hire this man, and should they even want him to? Should they really wish for him to be knee deep in “the industry” and going through the same things as C? Should he???

Nope. Leave them elites alone, Sir. Appreciate whatever you have now, even if it’s not that much, and continue to do your niche tribute thing. Then “expand.” Make original songs with the rest of the band and continue to use “the voice,” lmao. Need original lyrics and whole demo ideas? I’m pretty sure some folks will contribute, and many will see the shows.
