Brain zaps
Holy crap I woke up this morning to brain zaps or whatever you want to call them. Doesn’t feel great but I now realize I forgot to take my medication yesterday. Yikes. I am on the lowest dose of venflaxine so didn’t think I’d be getting brain zaps by missing one dose. These feel awful.
I get weird things when I forget to take my medication…I take it the same time every day so then I don’t forget as much.

Ugh. Thats horrible. Set a reminder on your phone if you have to. Missing medication is one of the worst feelings. Top ten worst experiences of my life. Hang in there
