How’s work you ask?

Well in comparison to last week, better. At least now I’m sitting at my own desk. I’m on my own and my mentor (and a few other folks) walk around offering assistance or watching the group chat for questions. It’s aggravating because getting help in a timely manner can be a pain in the ass. Some customers hang up if they wait too long. It’s either lack of help, or the tier 2 reps take forever to answer. So it’s been a struggle. I hate the way training is going. This is the last nesting week. I guess I’m “official” after that lol. We have yet to get our certificate of “Graduation” and that party for that was almost 2 weeks ago lol. Whatever, I’ll just enjoy the pay and do my job lol. I don’t really wanna be on phones, but hey it pays well lol.
